• What is the treatment frequency?

    That depends on the condition. With acupuncture or Frequency Specific Microcurrent, treatment is recommended 2 x / week for 4 - 6 weeks.  Keeping in mind that the longer you have a chronic condition, the longer will take to treat. But with each treatment, you should feel some benefit. If you’re feeling well for a full week between appointments we stretch treatment out to two weeks, followed by monthly maintenance (if required).

  • How do I prepare for a treatment?

    Your initial intake form will be sent out via email before your initial consultation. Please return this before your treatment. On the day of your treatment, please be hydrated and, if possible, wear loose, comfortable clothing. Another recommendation most experts recommend is not eating anything too heavy, as you may feel uncomfortable. A light meal two hours prior is ideal. In addition, please don’t overbook yourself on your treatment day as it’s more beneficial if you’re relaxed.

  • How long is a session?

    An initial acupuncture consultation and treatment will take about an hour. Follow-up sessions are between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how much work needs to be done. I’m happy to treat more than one area at a time. For extended acupuncture and FSM treatment, please allow 1.5 hours. 

  • What is the cost of your treatment?

    • Acupuncture Initial Consultation (1 hour) - $100
    • Follow Up (45 min – 1 hour) - $85
    • Pediatric Acupuncture (30 min) - $55
    • Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) Initial Consultation $115 (1.5 hours)
    • FSM follow up $85 per hour

  • What can I expect?

    Greater sense of release and equilibrium after a treatment. sometimes inspiration and elevation. It is perfectly normal to have a bit of a detox reaction and feel a bit “queasy” with ideas to process; please be reassured that means a shift is taking place, especially when dealing with long-term blocked emotions or beliefs. Don’t worry, we encourage clients to drink plenty of water and take a rest or ground themselves in nature, bush or beach. The intention is always for the treatment effect to continue throughout time and for all channels to be open—for you hold the power for this transformation, we will simply assist the process.

  • What is your availability?

    Treatments are available 9am-1 pm Monday to Friday. For appointments outside of these hours, please call or text Kathren.
